Join me as I teach you to make Jerry Sneakers using SneakerKit soles and insoles. We'll complete one sneaker in class, giving you the skills you need to finish the pair at home! Learn the tips and tricks to finish a project that you can wear and show off with your own personal flair.

Note that material requirements are based on size 47 high-top style sneakers, less will be required for smaller sizes and Low or Super-Low styles

1/3 yard (1/3 m) Exterior Fabric - 42" wide (107 cm) - quilting cotton, light canvas, light waxed canvas, soft faux leather, Harris Tweed, soft waterproof canvas (not backed)

1/3 yard (1/3 m) Lining Fabric - 42" wide (107 cm) - quilting cotton

1/3 yard (1/3 m) Foam - 58" wide (147 cm) - Byannie's Soft & Stable, Bosal In-R-Form, Pellon Flex Foam

OPTIONAL - 2 Heel Tabs - 8" x 3/4" (21 cm xx 2 cm) each of non-fraying material such as ribbon, faux leather, cork, etc.; 1 Sewing Awl Kit - contains needle and reel or bobbin

Kit to include

1 pair SneakerKit rubber soles and insoles

8 yards (8 m) Waxed Nylon Thread

1 large Needle for hand-sewing with waxed thread

20 - 32 Grommets or Eyelets with Washers - 3/16" (5 mm) inner diameter

Pair of Shoelaces - 36" (91 cm) - 54" (137 cm)

You will learn new techniques, try things you never thought you would, and walk out in a pair of sneakers that are truly one of a kind. This class is designed for Confident Beginner sewists.
