- Acceptance Policy – Pursecrafters. (hereinafter know as hosts) will review all vendor applications for completeness and appropriateness of product. Our say is final.
- Hosts may relocate vendor in exhibit to another space if it seems to be in the best interest of the show.
- Deposit and Payment: Payment will be accepted through the website only. A $200 deposit is due at the time of reservation. This deposit is fully refundable within 60 days (July 12, 2025) of the show. The balance of the vendor fee is due 60 days (July 12, 2025) prior to the show. First 15 vendors to submit application and deposit will receive a $50 discount off their final balance due.
- Event fee includes either 10 x 10, 10 x 20, or 10 x 30 space based on request and payment. You will receive 1 – 6’ table and 2 chairs per 10 x 10 space. 10 x 20 spaces will receive 2 – 6’ tables and 3 chairs. 10 x 30 spaces will receive 3 – 6 ft tables and 3 chairs. If additional tables and chairs are needed, you must note on application. Prices also include 8’ high drape backwall and sidewalls, and a booth sign. Finally, if electrical is needed, it must be noted on the application.
- Setting up and tearing down: Set-up: Thursday, September 11, 2025; 12pm – 6pm. Tear Down: Sunday, September 14 5:30 – 9pm.
- There will be a Vendor Social on Thursday evening after set-up. We will provide dinner.
- I am planning on a Meet the Vendors and Teachers event for the VIPs, on Saturday, from 6 – 8pm.
- You may not sublease or assign your booth space to any other vendor without written approval of host.
- As noted above, your deposit is fully refundable within 60 days of the show. After July 19, 2025, no refunds will be allowed.
- It is recommended that Exhibitor insure its property against loss and theft. Host nor venue owner shall be responsible for Exhibitor property.
- Exhibitor agrees to indemnify and hold Host and the venue harmless from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, and expenses of third parties arising out of the use of the leased space. Exhibitor agrees to carry and maintain its own Public Liability Insurance.
- If for any reason whatsoever, Host is unable to conduct Expo, Exhibitor shall receive a full refund of any rental paid and Host shall have no further obligation or liability to the Exhibitor.
- There is absolutely no open fire allowed in the venue. Exhibitor shall locate all property within their booth area. All tables must be covered and skirted, or covered with full length cloth. Boxes must be out of sight to Expo attendees. All items used for display must be fireproof.
- No food or beverages may be sold from your booth. Absolutely no alcohol may be consumed on sight.
